Who is City Ink for?
City Ink works with local event organizers—such as schools, community groups, sports clubs, and charities—as well as local businesses that want to support events and reach people in their area.
Do you only work with large events?
No. Many of the events we support are small to mid‑size: school fetes, trivia nights, local runs, markets, and club fundraisers. If it brings the community together, we are interested.
How much does it cost to use City Ink?
We offer simple packages for event support, with discounted or pro‑bono options for registered charities and schools. Sponsorship fees for businesses vary based on event size and exposure, and we will always provide clear pricing before you commit.
How far in advance should we contact you?
Ideally 6–12 weeks before your event to allow time for sponsor matching and promotion. However, if your date is sooner, still reach out—we will let you know what is realistic based on your timeframe.
Can you help promote our event online?
Yes. We can create or optimize your event page, manage online registrations, and share your event through Sponsorship’s local channels and partner networks where appropriate.
